EC Inventory (Substance Identity)

WORLD DataApp providing ECHA substance identity mapping (CAS EC name + synonyms). Used by the compliance engines to resolve recipe component identifiers before joining against the REACH and CLP lists. Served on WORLD's linear (CSV/SQL) branch via dataset.query / ec_inventory.query.
