ChemOS 2.0 HPLC-MS SiLA2 simulator, bound to the built-in SiLA connector.

Vendored SiLA2 device server from ChemOS 2.0 (persistence layer removed). Provides deterministic sample chromatograms for closed-loop and workflow testing over the Operate SiLA connector.
